“1+3+N”是以一(yi)(yi)個數(shu)(shu)字化(hua)(hua)底座(zuo),三(san)大(da)核心系(xi)(xi)統(tong)和多個專業管理系(xi)(xi)統(tong)為(wei)支(zhi)撐,對關(guan)(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)生產(chan)及(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設(she)備進行(xing)智(zhi)能化(hua)(hua)改造,實現(xian)關(guan)(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)生產(chan)環節的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)智(zhi)能化(hua)(hua)和數(shu)(shu)據采集自(zi)動化(hua)(hua),先后建設(she)了生料(liao)(liao)(liao)磨(mo)智(zhi)能專家控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、原煤自(zi)動采樣分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)、設(she)備在(zai)(zai)線監測(ce)(ce)(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、煤磨(mo)智(zhi)能專家控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、全(quan)自(zi)動化(hua)(hua)驗室、智(zhi)能倉(cang)儲系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、DCS、中(zhong)子(zi)在(zai)(zai)線配料(liao)(liao)(liao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、智(zhi)能礦山系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、自(zi)動插袋機(ji)、在(zai)(zai)線粒度(du)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)儀、自(zi)動裝車機(ji)等(deng)19項配套環節。在(zai)(zai)高溫(wen)風機(ji)、磨(mo)機(ji)等(deng)73臺(tai)關(guan)(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)設(she)備上安(an)裝953個測(ce)(ce)(ce)點,實時(shi)采集振動、溫(wen)度(du)、壓(ya)力等(deng)數(shu)(shu)據,設(she)備出現(xian)異常狀態時(shi)自(zi)動推送預(yu)警;在(zai)(zai)全(quan)部12臺(tai)水(shui)泥窯磨(mo)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)建設(she)一(yi)(yi)鍵(jian)(jian)啟停及(ji)專家控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),使主機(ji)啟停時(shi)間控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)8分(fen)(fen)鐘以內,較人工操作最(zui)大(da)縮短32分(fen)(fen)鐘,同時(shi)實現(xian)標準煤耗(hao)降(jiang)低1.5%、熟料(liao)(liao)(liao)電(dian)耗(hao)降(jiang)低1.3%。在(zai)(zai)窯爐(lu)、磨(mo)機(ji)等(deng)核心環節部署紅(hong)外熱成像(xiang)儀、高溫(wen)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)攝像(xiang)頭、氣體分(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)儀等(deng)設(she)備,實時(shi)監測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)度(du)場分(fen)(fen)布(bu)、氣體成分(fen)(fen)與(yu)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)狀態。通(tong)過 “物流一(yi)(yi)卡通(tong)” 系(xi)(xi)統(tong)追蹤物資進出廠全(quan)流程,利用(yong) AI 視頻監控(kong)(kong)(kong)實現(xian)人員定(ding)位、違章作業識別與(yu)礦區電(dian)子(zi)圍欄(lan)管理。
