淺談企業加強班組思想政治工作的重要性
思(si)(si)想政治工(gong)作是我(wo)們黨(dang)的(de)優(you)良傳統(tong)、鮮(xian)明特色和突(tu)出(chu)政治優(you)勢,是一切工(gong)作的(de)生(sheng)命(ming)線。習近平(ping)總(zong)書記(ji)強調:“加強思(si)(si)想政治引領(ling),廣(guang)泛凝聚(ju)共識,努力尋求最大(da)公(gong)約數、畫(hua)出(chu)最大(da)同心圓(yuan),匯聚(ju)起實現民族復興的(de)磅礴力量。”做好(hao)企業(ye)思(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)更是(shi)員工(gong)(gong)提(ti)高(gao)積極性的動(dong)力源泉。在(zai)企業(ye)中,班組是(shi)最小單(dan)位(wei),生(sheng)產(chan)經營(ying)任務要(yao)通過(guo)班組來完(wan)成,企業(ye)管理要(yao)通過(guo)班組來落實,思(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的促動(dong)作(zuo)用也要(yao)通過(guo)班組來發揮。對企業(ye)加強(qiang)班組思(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的重(zhong)要(yao)性,淺談以(yi)下幾(ji)點認識。
